FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to control systems for synchronous brushless motors on permanent magnets. Unit for generation of setting actions generates setting action for the speed controller, which together with the converter of physical value of speed forms a closed control loop with the main feedback on the speed of rotation of the motor shaft. Limiter of the signal value of the speed controller and the limiter of the signal of the physical speed value converter prevent the corresponding signal values from going beyond the range determined by the field of application of the electric drive. Sum of the signals of the speed controller signal value limiter and the speed physical value converter signal limiter, generated by the summing device, is transmitted to the control actions generating device, which together with the rotor position sensor forms a closed control loop with local feedback on the motor shaft position. Signals of the control action generating device determine the sequence and duration of switching on the active elements of the power converter, which switch the motor windings.
EFFECT: simplified control system, higher reliability.
