FIELD: measuring.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to technical diagnostics of elements of hydromechanical systems. Method of diagnosing a gear hydraulic pump by using fractional derivatives when assessing its technical condition consists in the fact that a diagnosed gear hydraulic pump is installed on a measuring test bench. Oil is pumped into working chamber of hydraulic pump. At the outlet of the hydraulic pump, fluid pressure is increased stepwise to 10 MPa, wherein the rotation frequency of the hydraulic pump is 1,000 rpm, thus creating a diagnostic mode for determining full and volumetric efficiency. Fluid temperature is measured at the inlet and outlet of the hydraulic pump and these values are transmitted to the computer, in which the temperature difference is determined and the power fractional derivative of this difference is selected, its minimum and the time of its reaching, which is diagnostic, is calculated. At zero value of optimal power fractional derivative the readings of the counter of working liquid flow of the bench are fixed. Hydraulic pump fluid supply coefficient is determined, based on the value of which and the time of its achievement, losses in the hydraulic pump are determined and a conclusion is made on its serviceability.

EFFECT: invention is aimed at development of optimum diagnostics mode of gear hydraulic pump by reduction of diagnostics time.
