FIELD: motors and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: method provides for preliminary assessing technical state by making comprehensive diagnostic measuring with mobile diagnostic facilities. The latter are include non-destructive testing methods and electrical testing. Based on the comprehensive diagnostic measuring, the actual parametres of equipment state are compared with maximum permissible values. In case any non-conformance is found, they are eliminated by affecting corresponding sources of their origin. The automated monitoring of the technical state is performed by the selected diagnostic channels. The monitoring is conducted on the further stages of operation and provides for measuring current controllable parametres, their comparing with maximum allowable values and assessing technical state. Based on assessment results, defects such as critical parametres of the technical state are identified. Finally, the unit is stopped and serviced to eliminate the identified defects.
EFFECT: improved reliability of unit operation due to complete diagnostics and monitoring of technical state parametres.
