FIELD: heating.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to autonomous water supply and heating of buildings and structures. In the device, the heat exchange circuits are made independent in relation to each other with the execution of one of them for the purpose of heat transfer from the external unit of the heat pump, and the other of them for the purpose of heat transfer to the connected external heating systems, wherein the first of said heat exchange circuits is a heating combined assembly consisting of two parallel-folded coil tubular parts so that one of them is surface in the form of an external tubular winding, and the second central one is in the form of an internal tubular winding, wherein said windings are facing from the circulating single feed channel in opposite directions, forming an elongated twisted structure, which turns are combined in its upper part, having a single circulation return passage, and the second of the specified heat exchange circuits is a single coil tubular part of indirect purpose, located coaxially from the outside, covering the specified heating combined assembly.

EFFECT: enabling increase in heat exchange between media, which provides internal convection, which forms the possibility of correct and accurate heat exchange operation of the heating circuit, eliminating errors of the control module (controller) and thereby increasing overall efficiency of the thermal system.
