FIELD: heat exchange.
SUBSTANCE: proposed invention relates to the field of power plants using a cooling agent, intended for heating/cooling of rooms and for possibility of hot water supply. Autonomous recuperative type thermal system contains managed and controlled by automated heat machine circulating pipeline structure of closed design, which includes at least one pipeline loop made with possibility of receiving and cyclic passage of coolant, and at least one heat exchange device connected to the existing pipeline structure, intended for hot water supply and/or heating and/or cooling. Control unit of the automated thermal machine is equipped with a process controller with a control board configured to control the distribution parameters and manage the coolant flows moving along the existing pipeline structure, said pipeline loop, which is divided into a section for receiving and cyclic reversible passage of coolant, is equipped with control and actuating shutoff-controlled valves, the latter comprises a group of combined and integrated by a single line check control valves, which provide the possibility to switch modes "air-water" for operation of hot water supply, and/or heating, and/or cooling by means of a compressor device. Said heat exchange device is made in form of heat-insulated accumulating tank with heated or cooled water, part of the volume of which is occupied by a separate independent spiral-shaped indirect loop, which can be connected to external subsystems for heating or cooling rooms.
