SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to an adapter for a cylinder filling system. Adapter comprises a body having a hole, the shape of which enables to insert a valve of a gas cylinder to retain compressed or liquefied gas in the inner space of the body. At the same time, a tight gap remains between the part of the lateral side of the valve and the inner surface of the body facing the inner space. One channel has the possibility of supplying compressed or liquefied gas from the cylinder filling system into the said sealed gap. Sealed gap is located in the inner space so that one or more transversely oriented outer holes of the gas cylinder valve are reached, which are open in the transverse direction to the longitudinal axis of the gas cylinder body. Valve is inserted into the inner space to facilitate filling the gas cylinder with compressed or liquefied gas through the above one or more transversely oriented outer holes of the gas cylinder.

EFFECT: simplified installation of gas cylinder.
