FIELD: high-pressure vessels.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for filling high-pressure vessels with gases. The device contains a central manifold consisting of a vertical adapter with a safety valve, made integral with a horizontal pipe, on the left and right ends of which pipe brackets are installed, consisting of a nipple and a nut screwed onto the pipe, equipped with a gasket. The left and right high-pressure manifolds are installed and secured in the brackets with nuts, each of which consists of a pipe equipped with three outlet lines made in the form of branch pipes with valves and compensator coils. An electromagnetic valve, a pressure sensor and a temperature sensor are installed at the inlet of each of the manifolds, and a gas relief valve is installed at the outlet. The outputs of the mentioned sensors are connected to the measuring inputs of a control unit made on the basis of an industrial controller equipped with an Ethernet interface, high-speed inputs, transistor and relay outputs, with a human-machine interface connected to it via the RS-232 interface, and analogue input modules.
EFFECT: ability to automate the process of filling high-pressure cylinders with inert gases.
