SUBSTANCE: device comprises casing that receives engine/compressor unit made of a multistage gas compressor and electric motor arranged within the pressure-tight housing, means for connecting the power to the motor, opening for supplying gas to the device, opening for discharging gas for supplying compressed has to the fuel tank of a vehicle, and control units. According to the first version, the device is provided with means for setting the device on the vertical support at a level of 90 cm from the ground. According to the second version, the device is additionally provided with the ventilation system that has the port for supplying air, fan, and port for discharging air.
