FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to plastic surgery, and can be used for three-level elimination of age-related deformation of face and neck. Skin incision is made along the border of the hairy part from the temporal region to the mastoid region. Soft tissues are separated in subcutaneous layer in upper parts of buccal, parotid-behind-the-ear, mastoid areas at 4 cm medially from edge of skin incision. Zigzag incision of a superficial muscular-aponeurotic system is performed. Further, along the lateral border of the incision, it is continued to the lower edge of the zygomatic arch and further medially to the beginning of the zygomatic bone, then at angle of 45 degrees to the line running from the lower edge of the zygomatic bone to the middle of the angle of the lower jaw, and the incision is extended horizontally with dissection of the platysma. Mobilized zigzag flap is lifted vertically and fixed in three fixed points.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to create a clear cervical-collar angle, to lift a mobilized layer, to keep intact a fixed layer of a superficial musculo-aponeurotic system and to lift tissues without their tension due to combination of selection of access and selection of mobilized soft tissue flap and its fixation in area of angle of lower jaw, deep temporal fascia and periosteum of mastoid area.
