FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine and can find application in urology for treating patients with chronic wounds. Method involves antibacterial and regenerative therapy of a wound process. Additionally, thrombocyte-rich autoplasma is introduced, and venous blood is taken to obtain autoplasma. Then obtained platelet-rich autoplasma is divided into two parts, one of which in volume of 4 ml is mixed with 3.0 ml of biofilm BIOFILM, and the remaining portion of the obtained thrombocyte-rich autoplasma is injected with an injection needle at distance of 6-8 mm from the edge of the wound defect at depth of 8-10 mm with an injection interval of 8-10 mm. Mixture of autoplasma and biofilm BIOFILM is then applied on the surface of the wound defect and covered with a sterile material.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to use patient’s own plasma enriched with thrombocytes for modulating regeneration of involved tissues and activation of own humoral and cellular protection factors during inflammatory process.
