FIELD: medicine; surgery; combustiology.
SUBSTANCE: whole venous blood is taken from the patient with its subsequent centrifugation to obtain two fractions: autoplasma with blood platelets and erythrocyte suspension. The first is removed into a sterile tray, a 0.9% sodium chloride solution is added in a ratio of 1:1. The skin flap is placed in the prepared solution cut down for 5 minutes, followed by its transplantation to the burn wound.
EFFECT: method allows to increase the efficiency of skin grafting, including using full-thickness flaps, to reduce the incidence of purulent-inflammatory complications in the early postoperative period, to reduce the frequency of lysis/rejection of autodermal grafts, to reduce the duration of hospitalization of victims with skin burns.
