FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to anticorrosion protection of surfaces, vessels, tanks, inner surfaces of steel pipes for transportation and storage of crude oil and pipes for pumping sea water and reducing mechanical damages on the underwater part of the hull and ice belt of ice-class vessels. Disclosed is a coating intended for application on a dry metal surface and obtained by mixing a base, which is a suspension of pigments and fillers in epoxy resins in at least one organic solvent, and a hardener, where the coating is obtained from a two-component system consisting of a base and a hardener, where the latter is made in the form of a mixture of amine-containing compounds, wherein said coating is applied onto the surface in one layer with thickness of 500 mcm with the following ratio of base components (wt.%): epoxy resin (55-60), o-Xylene (6.5-4), silicon dioxide (1.5-2), pigment part (22-14), filler in form of micro talc (15-20), wherein the ratio of the base and the amine type curing agent is 100:50.
EFFECT: obtaining a coating which provides anticorrosion protection of inner surfaces of tanks.
