FIELD: guided missiles.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to aircraft control and is used in steering drives. Guided missile steering drive unit consists of a body, which is simultaneously a projectile body, in which there are four motor units, each of which is made in the form of a body with a stator inside which there is a rotor. Rotor of each motor unit is connected to the corresponding rudder arranged on the missile body by means of a mechanical transmission. In the upper part of the missile there is a unit of reduction gears, under which four motor units – the first, the second, the third and the fourth, respectively, are located one after another. Cover and bottom of housing of each motor unit are upper and lower ball bearings, respectively. Rotors of each motor unit are hollow. Four shafts of different length extend from the gearbox unit, so that the shortest shaft reaches the bottom of the first motor unit and engages with the hollow rotor of the first motor unit, and the three remaining shafts pass through the first motor unit, then three shafts enter the second motor unit, and the shortest of the remaining three shafts also reaches the bottom of the second motor unit and engages with the hollow rotor of the second motor unit, further, two shafts enter the third motor unit, the shortest of the remaining two shafts reaches the bottom of the third motor unit and engages with the hollow rotor of the third motor unit, and the longest of the shafts enters the fourth motor unit, reaches the bottom of the fourth motor unit and engages with the hollow rotor of the fourth motor unit. Connection of the hollow rotor of each motor unit with the corresponding rudder by means of a mechanical transmission is carried out through the shaft, which ends in the corresponding motor unit.
EFFECT: increasing the moment on the rotor with the maximum reduction of the gear ratio of the reduction gear and the inertia component of all components of the mechanical transmission, due to which the design is simplified, due to the reduction of the number of parts the efficiency is increased, and the power is increased.
