FIELD: performing operations.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to separation, concentration and purification of solutions. Disclosed is an electrobaromembrane apparatus of a combined type, which consists of two covers having a nozzle for inlet of a separated solution, nozzles for output of the retentate of the second and first stages, second stage permeate discharge and air supply unions, chambers for anode and cathode permeate of the first stage, protrusions for fixation of tubular modules, tubes of tubular module, housing of flat-chamber module, in which on opposite sides there are horizontal and vertical circulation channels of the separated solution, separated by plugs and connecting adjacent separation chambers, support rings, channels for removal of anode and cathode permeate, check valves, near-anode and near-cathode drainage grids, porous substrates, near-anode and near-cathode membranes, float level gauges, gaskets, gaskets with a channel for removal of near-anode and near-cathode permeate, bayonet ring, terminals of electric current supply device – anode and cathode, in which there are round through cathode and anode grooves, dielectric partitions, monopolar electrodes, second stage retentate discharge chambers, cooling water inlet and outlet unions, 3-circuit cooling modules of “pipe-in-pipe” type with located at equal distance from each other and alternating in vertical plane from chambers for anode and cathode permeate of the first stage to chambers of retentate of the second stage hyperboloidal overflow holes for second stage permeate circulation and hyperboloid overflow channels for cooling water circulation, wherein the tubular module of the external circuit includes thirty membranes located at the same distance from each other, with the exception of those places where the cooling water inlet and outlet unions are installed, all separation chambers of the flat-chamber module are formed by a support ring, a gasket, near-cathode and anode membranes with an equal separation area; the solution to be separated and the retentate of the first stage are fed through a flow-through window with a sealing filling; the support rings are identical.
EFFECT: invention increases the area of separation of the solution per unit volume of the flat-chamber and tubular modules of the apparatus, which is equal to the area of cathode and near-anode membranes of the flat-chamber module, improves the quality and efficiency of separation of solutions, simplifies the manufacture and improves unification of the apparatus elements.
