FIELD: solutions treatment
SUBSTANCE: separation, concentration and purification of solutions by methods of electromicrofiltration, electroultrafiltration, electron nanofiltration, electroosmofiltration. The flat-chamber module includes seven separation chambers, while the height of the body of the flat-chamber module is equal to the height of the body of the tubular membrane module of the second stage, consisting of the upper and lower covers, the tubular membrane module of the second stage consists of twenty cathode and twenty anode membranes alternating in the horizontal plane, tubular porous substrates, cathode and anode drainage grids, respectively, located at the same distance from each other, permeate is discharged from each separation chamber through a channel for permeate removal from flat membrane elements in the flat-chamber module housing, into the first stage permeate chamber.
EFFECT: increased area of separation of the flat-chamber module of the first stage and tubular module of the second stage of separation, improved quality and efficiency of separation of solutions, reduced hydraulic resistance in the channels for removing permeate of the first stage of the flat-chamber module.
