SUBSTANCE: invention represents a method for collecting pathological material from hunting wolves at low temperatures, removal of a small intestine, based on safe extraction during contact with infected animals having mature cestodes Echinococcus granulosus in the small intestine, placing seized material in tightly closed container with isotonic solution for delivery of non-spoiled material for further laboratory research and work with viable material.

EFFECT: method enables to diagnose the presence of echinococcosis by 100% without damaging cestodes and their oncospheres, than from deep frozen at low temperatures or spoiled with prolonged stay of carcasses of animals in warm rooms.
