SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for wire winding, in particular, to equipment for manufacturing of spiral elements of reinforcing frames of special profile. Proposed machine for fabrication of a reinforcing frame element of a given profile comprises coiling unit, bed, drive and fixed hollow cylinder with curved toroidal guides fitted on bed. Detachable coiling mandrels, case and clamping mechanism are secured on coiling unit. Inside the case there are racks arranged with the possibility of reciprocal movement from the cylinder guides parallel to the case body. Thrust rollers are secured at the ends of the racks. Clamping mechanism is equipped with blocks of gears connected by gearing with rack racks and clamping supports.

EFFECT: increasing winding productivity, expanding technological capabilities, reducing labour and energy costs and improving operational characteristics.
