SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the creation of deep references of native applications, namely to the automatic generation of deep references of native applications. Method for automatically indexing in-depth references of native applications contains steps of accepting the publisher binding data for native applications that specify, for each native application, the associated publisher for this native application, for each native application from the native application set, determining based on the binding data to publishers whether this native application is associated with the publisher that provides the content addressed by the unified resource identifiers defined for this native application, only for native applications that are defined as associated with a publisher that provides content addressed by unified resource identifiers defined for the native application, selecting unified resource identifiers based on the URI template for the native application, and indexing content available with a unified resource identifier for the native application, in an index that is adapted to search for it by the search engine.
EFFECT: providing automatic indexing of deep references of native applications.
