FIELD: data transmission.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to systems for discrete information transmission. To realize the technical result, a method of code frame synchronization for a Reed-Solomon and Bose-Chowdhury-Hawkingham concatenated code is proposed consisting in an input word sequence being received. Each word constitutes a bit by bit sum modulo two of an interference-free cyclic code, a numbering sequence, a phasing sequence and a sequence of possible errors. A hard solution is used for each bit of the sequence and error vectors are formed for the least unreliable wordbits. The received input sequence is summed with the error vectors and multiplied by the verification polynomial of the code. The results are then multiplied by the verification polynomial, the syndrome of the phasing sequence is subtracted from each result and the code syndromes are obtained, wherein the numbering sequence of the received code is extracted from said code syndromes. Numbering sequence and coincidence counters are assigned to the code word block and the word blocks. A code frame synchronization decision is made if the threshold value is exceeded.
