FIELD: information technologies.

SUBSTANCE: device comprises an information accumulator, circuits of unit borders detection, every of which comprises circuits of word borders and their numbers detection, every of which includes a unit of error detection, a unit of decoders and a unit of binary stage summators, the output of the error detection unit is connected to the input of the decoders unit, one of outputs in which is connected with the distributor input, and the other output of the decoders unit is connected to the input of binary stage summators unit, the summators unit output, being the output of the circuit for detection of word borders and their numbers, is connected to a circuit of numbers filtration, outputs of which are connected to inputs of a counters unit, other inputs of the counters unit are connected to outputs of distributors, the output of the counters unit is connected to the input of a threshold element, the outputs of the threshold elements are the outputs of the circuits for detection of unit borders and are connected to inputs of an assembly, the output of which is the output of the device for generation of signals on the end of each information unit. At the same time the information accumulator output is the information output of the device. The device includes a circuit that generates most probable error vectors, a unit of summators, a circuit of numbers filtration and an assembly circuit.

EFFECT: increased reliability of received information in channels with high noise level.
