FIELD: manufacturing technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to automotive tires, in particular to design of frame of tubeless truck all-metal cord pneumatic radial tires (hereinafter – AMC tires) with controlled pressure. Truck all-metal cord pneumatic tire of radial type has tread, metal cord breaker, bead rings, filling cord, sides, innerliner, frame from high-strength steel cord. Single layer of frame is made with application of metal cord threads with structure 3+9+15×0.22+0.15 NT with diameter of 1.62 mm, having breaking force of not less than 2,600 N, with frequency of frame threads of 50 threads per decimeter, and threads of metal cord metal cord form angle of 0±2 degrees with longitudinal plane of tire, and thickness of rubberizing of carcass cord layer is 3.0±0.1 mm.
EFFECT: high strength of tire.
