FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to physiotherapeutic application of cold by graduated method. Invention combines short-term heat removal from the patient's body with simultaneous massage effect with a water jet. Invention relates to devices for conducting health-improving, hygienic and cosmetic procedures, in particular to devices creating pulsating or intermittent flows. Temperature of the procedure is set within the range of +5 to +15 °C, washing the patient with water coming from the preparation unit at a temperature of +3 to +5 °C. Water from the preparation unit is mixed with tap water to a predetermined temperature, the patient's feet are immersed in a tray filled with water of a predetermined temperature and filled with height of 10 to 20 cm, water of a given temperature is supplied to the patient's shower cabin through a shower head, the shower head is directed to the right gastrocnemius muscle of the patient at angle of 45 to 90° to horizon, water is poured with water of specified temperature from 5 to 90 seconds. Then the shower head is directed to the patient’s left gastrocnemius muscle at angle of 45 to 90° to horizon, for 5-90 seconds, counter-inclined water jets are supplied from the lower unit of nozzles, where nozzles are directed to gastrocnemius muscles, after 5-90 seconds, the lower unit of nozzles is disconnected, jet is moved from the shower head at angle of 45 to 90° to the horizon on the long and quadriceps muscle of the right thigh, water is poured with water of the specified temperature from 5 to 90 seconds. Jet is moved from the shower head at angle of 45° up to 90° to the horizon on the extension and quadriceps muscle of the left thigh and watered for 5 to 90 seconds. Jet of the shower head is moved to the level of V-III of the lumbar vertebra at angle of 45-90° to horizon, water is poured with water of specified temperature from 5 to 30 seconds. For 5-90 seconds, counter-inclined water jets are connected from the central unit of nozzles, directed to the hip joint. After 5-90 seconds, the central unit of nozzles is turned off, the jet of the shower head is moved at angle of 45 to 90° in the right forearm zone, poured with water of preset temperature from 5 to 90 seconds, moving the shower head jet at angle of 45 to 90° in left forearm zone, watering with water of specified temperature from 5 to 90 seconds, the jet of the shower head is moved to the level of the thoracic and cervical spine at angle of 45 to 90°, poured with water of preset temperature from 5 to 90 seconds, water supply through the shower head is cut off, connecting the counter-inclined water jets from the upper unit of nozzles, directed to the patient's blades from 5 to 90 seconds, after 5-90 seconds the nozzles of the upper unit are switched off. Shower head is configured to adjust the position, the water supply unit contains a water temperature controller equipped with a shut-off valve, wherein shut-off valve is made with possibility of manual temperature control, water flow head regulator is equipped with shut-off valve, wherein said shut-off valve allows manual adjustment of water flow head, the nozzles are mounted in units. Upper unit of nozzles in number of 2 to 3 units is mounted on the rear wall of the shower cabin. Lower unit of nozzles in number of 2 to 3 units is mounted on the rear wall of the shower cabin. Central unit of nozzles in number of 2 to 3 units is mounted on the front wall of the shower cabin, the nozzles are made with possibility to supply water under pressure from 3 to 5 atm, nozzles are made with possibility of flow direction control, water treatment unit contains accumulator tank with volume from 200 to 1500 l and water temperature from +5 to +15 °C with a perforated partition mounted inside the storage tank and dividing the internal volume of the storage tank into 2 zones, it comprises a chiller mounted in the storage tank and made in the form of a tubular heat exchanger with a coolant, a piston compressor and an air condenser.
EFFECT: group of inventions provides treating pain syndrome, intensifying the analgesic effect and increasing the resistance of the human body.
