At first, the exercises are performed passively with the help of an instructor, and then independently. Massage is performed by manual and mechanical action on human skin. Neuromuscular correction is performed by manual actions of specialist hands on patient’s muscles, which include fixation of muscle attachment point by specialist hands and squeezing motions with finger or palm edge in forward and backward direction of muscular tissue. Hydrotherapy is carried out in a shower cabin by simultaneous multi-temperature action of water jets on a human body under pressure.
