FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and can be used in neurosurgery. Method for removing an intracerebral haematoma involves placing a burr hole in the bone and puncture the haematoma. Haematoma is punctured by means of a device containing a cannula, which has a section with a constant diameter, after which it narrows conically and bluntly ends, at the end of which there are at least two longitudinal oval holes made symmetrically at the same level. Method includes crushing and destruction of haematoma clots by means of vibration, which is created by a vibration motor fixed by means of a rubber coupling inside the cannula in its conical part, and containing an electric motor, on the shaft of which there is an unbalanced load in the form of an eccentric located level with the oval holes of the cannula. Vibration motor is located in the cavity of the cannula without touching its walls, and the haematoma clots are delivered outside by a dosing peristaltic pump.
EFFECT: using the invention enables reducing the number of surgical injuries, improving the surgical technique and, as a result, reducing the length of treatment and disability.
