FIELD: medicine; neurosurgery.
SUBSTANCE: trephine opening is provided in hematoma projection so that its diameter corresponds to diameter of greater base of funnel-shaped cannula used in operation. Hematoma cavity is punctured with dilator tube; the second dilator tube is installed alongside with internal diameter corresponding to external diameter of the first tube, and external diameter to diameter of the smaller base of funnel-shaped cannula. Along the second tube funnel-shaped cannula is istalled in hematoma cavity to place its smaller base in hematoma cavity, and greater base is fixed in trephine opening. Dilator tubes are removed and hematoma is excised. Thus funnel-shaped cannula has height 40-60 mm, diameter of greater bases 23-27 mm, diameter of smaller base 13-17 mm, thus greater base has the banking flange mounted.
EFFECT: method allows for lower operation injury.
