FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology and represents a Clostridium sporogenes B-14642 strain capable of synthesising secreted collagenase from 0.85 to 0.93 mg/ml of a culture filter when cultured for 12 to 24 hours under anaerobic conditions at 37 °C on a medium with tryptone and yeast extract. Strain is deposited in the State collection of pathogenic microorganisms and cell cultures "GKPM – Obolensk" Federal Budget Institution of Science "State Research Center for Applied Biotechnology and Microbiology" of the Federal Service for Supervision of Consumer Rights Protection and Human Welfare.
EFFECT: invention widens the range of microorganism strains capable of producing collagenase.
