ANTIBACTERIAL COMPOSITION FOR THE EXTENSION OF THE EXPIRY DATE OF FROZEN FISH AND THE RISK REDUCTION OF FOOD-INFECTION-BASED INFECTIONS, BACTERIOPHAGIC STAMPS USED FOR ITS OBTAINING Russian patent published in 2018 - IPC C12N7/00 A61K35/76

Abstract RU 2644667 C1

FIELD: biotechnology.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to biotechnology. Composition includes a combination of sterile, toxin-free filamentous phagolysates of bacteria with the lytic activity of each of the bacteriophages not less than 108 Pfu/cm2 according to Grazia in relation to the strains of microorganisms most often released from the surface of chilled fish. Composition includes a phagolysate filtrate Aeromonas hydrophila obtained through using the bacteriophage strain Aeromonas hydrophila Ah 1, deposited with "GKPM-Obolensk" (State collection of pathogenic microorganisms and cell cultures of the federal budgetary institution of science "State Scientific Center of Applied Microbiology and Biotechnology" of the Federal Service for Supervision of Consumer Rights Protection and Human Welfare) under the number Ph-129; filtrate of phagolysate Pseudomonas fluorescens obtained through using the strain of the bacteriophage Pseudomonas fluorescens Pf 1; deposited with "GKPM-Obolensk" under the number Ph-132; filtrate of phagolysate Raoultella ornithinolytica, obtained through using the strain of bacteriophage Raoultella ornithinolytica R.o. 1, deposited with "GKPM-Obolensk" under the number Ph-128; filtrate of phagolysate Pseudomonas putida, obtained through using the strain of bacteriophage Pseudomonas putida Psp6, deposited with "GKPM-Obolensk" under the number Ph-130; filtrate of phagolysate Citrobacter freundii, obtained through using the strain of the bacteriophage Citrobacter freundii Cf 1, deposited with "GKPM-Obolensk" under the number Ph-131; filtrate of phagolysate Listeria monocytogenes, obtained through using the strain of bacteriophage Listeria monocytogenes Lm 1, deposited with "GKPM-Obolensk" under the number Ph-133. Appropriate strains of bacteriophages are also proposed. Molecules of Nucleic acid corresponding to the genome of noted bacteriophages are also proposed.

EFFECT: antibacterial composition is proposed for prolonging the shelf life of chilled fish and to reduce the risk of foodborn infections.
