SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical engineering, in particular to constant voltage regulators, and can be used in secondary power supply systems for regulation and stabilization of constant output voltage. Device contains control key 1, linear inductance 2, containing two windings 3, 4, first of which through first capacitor 5 and control key 1 is connected by beginning to positive terminal of input constant voltage source, by end to second capacitor 6, which second output is connected to negative output of input constant voltage source, which forms common bus, common point of connection of first capacitor 5 with beginning of first winding 3 is connected to cathode of first shunt diode 7, which anode is connected to common bus, common point of connection of winding end 3 with first output of capacitor 6 is connected to anode of second shunting diode 8, which cathode is connected to the common point of connection of the beginning of second winding 4 with capacitor 5 and the second output of control key 1, end of second winding 4 is connected to first output of capacitor of filter 9, which second output is connected to common bus, load 10 is connected in parallel to capacitor of filter 9.

EFFECT: formation of low output voltage relative to input voltage, which is less than the known device.
