FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: method for increasing meat productivity of agricultural waterfowl. Lupine seeds are subjected to barohydrothermal treatment at temperature of 170-175 °C and pressure of 8 atm for 280 to 290 seconds with subsequent enrichment with suspension of fodder yeast Saccharomyces cerevisiae by weight of 1/3 part of substrate. Yeast concentration in the suspension must be at least 1×105 CFU per 1 ml. Then enriched lupine seeds at temperature of 30-32 °C is incubated for 16 hours, followed by thermal exposure for disinfection. Then the seeds are dried to produce an easily digestible ready product with high protein content.
EFFECT: use of the invention will make it possible to increase productivity of agricultural waterfowl.
