SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to biotechnology and can be used in medicine. Invention discloses an anticancer conjugate based on human serum albumin with structural formula HSA-Cy5-HcyCo(B9C2H11)2-MMAE or HSA-Cy5-HcyCo(B9C2H11)2-MMAF, having in its composition a contrast agent and a boron-containing agent, as well as a chemotherapeutic agent (MMAE or MMAF) attached to the HSA through a linker, which is cleaved in the lysosome of the tumour cell.
EFFECT: invention can be used in diagnosing and treating human glioblastomas.
