FIELD: protection of pipes or pipe fittings against corrosion.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to corrosion protection of pipeline transport facilities and can be used for factory and route insulation of external surface of pipes. Method of applying multilayer anti-corrosion coating on surface of pipeline includes application of asmol primer and adhesive layer based on petroleum polymer "Asmol", wherein asmol primer is 20 wt.% solution of petroleum polymer "Asmol" in organic solvent, and adhesive layer is formed by successive application of asmol rolled material "Armas" over the primer, petroleum polymer "Asmol" in the form of a melt with a softening temperature of 65-75 °C and rolled material – "Liam" tapes.
EFFECT: improving reliability and durability of coating on surface of pipeline due to its multilayerness with application of asmol rolled materials providing self-recovery of coating due to mobility of petroleum polymer "Asmol".
