FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: rolled mastic material comprising a base tape impregnated with a mastic and an anti-adhesive layer, contains a geotextile web in the form of the main layer, as a mastic material it contains asphaltic resinous compounds, a thermoplastic elastomer, a plasticiser, a modifying additive, at the following ratio of components, wt %: asphaltic resinous compounds 65-85, thermoplastic elastomer 6-12, plasticiser 5-14, glue AC-M 4-9, as an anti-adhesive layer it contains films and paper with a double-sided siliconed coating. When using a mastic layer of the proposed composition, with which the base is impregnated, the base may be a fibreglass mesh.

EFFECT: improved elasticity of a tape, shaping a solid insulating coating with through adhesion of layers.
