FIELD: pharmaceutics.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pharmacology, clinical pharmacology and therapy and can be used for correction of protein and lipid status of erythrocytes in ischemic heart disease. Complex therapy is performed for 10 days, wherein daily in the morning at the same time the following are administered: 50 mg of Metoprolol and 8 mg of Perindopril inside, 50 mg/ml Mexicor injections and 2.5 g of Phosphogliv, diluted in 10 ml of injection water, injections, then in the evening at the same time the following components are introduced: 0.5 mg of Nitroglycerine sublingually, 75 mg of Aspirin inside and 2.5 g of Phosphogliv, diluted in 10 ml of injection water, by injection.

EFFECT: invention enables correction of erythrocyte protein and lipid status in ischemic heart disease.
