SUBSTANCE: to increase oxygen tension in blood of a patient with the chronic heart failure, antioxidant medication of ethylmethylhydroxypyridine malate in an amount of 50-200 mg is introduced to the patient one time.

EFFECT: improved indices of the oxygen-transport function of blood in the patients with diagnosis of the chronic heart failure without disturbance of feedback between tension of oxygen in blood and the content of 2,3-DPG in blood.
