FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to analytical chemistry, namely to chromatography, and can be used for calibration of gas and liquid chromatographs. Dynamic method of obtaining constant analyte concentrations, in which a flow of a mobile phase is continuously in contact in a flow system with a stationary phase containing a fixed amount of analytes, wherein the mobile phase used is a gas, liquid or an emulsion in an ideal or imperfect state. Stationary phase used is nanodispersed adsorbents contained in a foamed matrix.
EFFECT: reduction of analyte consumption, simplification of adsorbent saturation with analytes, as well as possibility to organize metrological support of gas-analytical, chromatographic and other investigations.
