SUBSTANCE: invention relates to chromatographic analysis and can be used for calibration of gas and liquid chromatographs, creation of calibration mixtures. Dynamic method of obtaining constant concentrations of analyte involves continuous contact of a flow of a mobile phase in a flow system with a fixed phase containing a fixed amount of analyte, as a movable phase, gas is used, liquid or emulsion in ideal or non-ideal state, nanodispersed sorbents contained in monolithic polymer matrix are used as stationary phase.

EFFECT: simple process of saturating the sorbent with analytes, as well as creating time-constant analyte concentrations in the flow of the mobile phase for a long period of time.
