FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to concrete mixtures and high-strength structural light concrete. Concrete mixture contains portland cement, sand with particle size of up to 5 mm as fine aggregate, light coarse aggregate from porous material with particle size of 5 mm, at least one modifying additive and water. Mixture contains, as a light coarse aggregate, crushed stone and/or gravel from porous material with particle size of 5-10 mm with bulk density of 250-950 kg/m3 and additionally contains heavy coarse aggregate – crushed stone and/or gravel with fraction of 5-10 mm or 5-20 mm from dense rocks with true density of 2600-2750 kg/m3, with a certain ratio of components.
EFFECT: providing during hardening of concrete under normal conditions by 28 days of initial modulus of elasticity of concrete above 30 GPa, ultimate strength in compression – from 60 to 85 MPa, with average density of light concrete 1800-2000 kg/m3.
