SUBSTANCE: invention relates to compositions of concrete mixtures and can find application in the production of building materials in the manufacture of concrete products: paving slabs, curb stones, foundations, road surfaces. Concrete mixture, including portland cement, sand, crushed stone and water, contains sand as quartz sand with a size modulus of 1.9, as a coarse aggregate – gravel of granite fraction 5–10 mm, and as an additive plasticizer containing, in mass. %: white spirit 67.3, technical solid oil 28.86, graphite dust 3.84 with the following ratio of components, mass. %: portland cement grade 500 11.5, quartz sand M_qs=1.9 34.21, crushed granite fraction 5–10 mm 48.48, said additive plasticizer 0.26–1.16, water 4.64–5.54.

EFFECT: increase strength properties, reduce water absorption, abrasion of the concrete mix, reduce heat energy costs, as well as utilization of waste products of metalworking and metallurgical enterprises.
