FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: technical result is achieved by the fact, that concrete mixture contains, wt. %: cement - 11.4–30.8; fraction - 38.1–68.5; quartz sand 1.1–12.9; steel fibre - 2.2–5.1; additive - 0.3–21.1; water - balance. Additive is a superplasticizer based on polycarboxylates or naphthalene-formaldehyde polycondensates and active and/or inert mineral additives with true density of 2.2 to 5.0 g/cm3, particle size of not more than 1.25 mm, with the following ratio of components, wt. %: said superplasticiser - 0.3–0.5; mineral additives - 0.0–20.6, or as an additive, organomineral modifiers of MB type and inert mineral additives are used at the following component ratio, wt. %: organomineral modifier - 4.4–9.4; mineral additives - 0.0–11.7.
EFFECT: invention is aimed at producing self-sealing high-strength concrete with compression strength of not less than 115 MPa, which corresponds to class B100 and higher, with improved deformation properties, characterized by values of initial modulus of elasticity in range from 53 to 60 GPa and reduced value of shrinkage deformations to 37.6⋅10-5.
