FIELD: radio engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to radar, radio communication, radio navigation and radio control equipment and can be used in radio electronic systems to solve the problem of detecting signals, as well as to generate a sign of nationality of aerial objects. Into the disclosed device, which is multichannel, comprising in the common part a data processor implemented on the basis of a trained artificial radial basic neural network and a common threshold device, and in each channel a matched filter and a threshold device, a functional converter and a memory cell are additionally introduced. In the common part of the device, the data processor is simplified. Above means are connected to each other and to other elements of the device.
EFFECT: simpler device, fewer channels of data transmission lines and, as a result, faster operation while maintaining efficiency of detecting aerial objects.
