SUBSTANCE: invention relates to radar and can be used in radio electronic systems for solving the problem of detecting signals. In the disclosed device for complexing different types of detectors of a signal that fluctuates in amplitude and phase, a functional converter is additionally included, connected to the outputs of the channels and the adder, which is configured to adapt to the ratio of partial decision statistics of the different types of detectors included in the device, formation of final decision statistics and threshold level providing required probability of false alarm.

EFFECT: increasing the signal-to-noise ratio at the input of the threshold device of the complex detection system to a level not worse than the maximum signal-to-noise ratio at the outputs of the combined detectors while meeting the requirements for the probability of false alarm for any ratio of signals at the inputs of the combined detectors.
