SUBSTANCE: invention relates to means of movement on water, in particular to inflatable boats with outboard motors operated in shallow water conditions. Inflatable motor boat includes a U-shaped hull in plan formed by open contour of inflatable boards and bow and an inflatable bottom attached to the hull and divided into at least three longitudinal segments, wherein a longitudinal tunnel is made in the lower part of the bottom in the middle segment. At that, inside each of inflatable boards at least one transverse bulkhead and at least one forming longitudinal bulkhead are installed, which is connected to transverse bulkhead and inner surface of boards so that it reduces width of cross section of inflatable board. Inflatable boards of the boat are inclined at an obtuse angle relative to the bottom, and the lower point of the bottom on the stern side is located below the inflatable boards.

EFFECT: increasing the effective area of the boat, namely increasing its capacity, while increasing its strength, speed and maintaining safety of its operation, including in conditions of shallow water and narrow sections of rivers.
