FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: seed treater comprises a frame on wheels with a self-propelled mechanism, located on the frame and connected to each other control panel, a loading device, a seed bin with a treatment chamber arranged under it with disc working elements and sprayers, a pesticide tank, a pesticide batcher, an unloading device with inlet and outlet necks. Loading device is made in the form of a scraper conveyor placed on the treater frame along its longitudinal axis at angle of 40-60° to frame longitudinal axis. In the inlet part of the scraper conveyor, on both sides of it, there are two auger loading conveyors made with possibility of separate and/or simultaneous connection to the shaft of the driven sprocket of the scraper conveyor and changing the position in space from working to transport. Scraper conveyor drive is located in its upper part. Capacity of the scraper conveyor of the loading device is equal to or exceeds the total capacity of the said screw conveyors. Treatment chamber consists of three interconnected chambers: the upper one, in which the seed level sensors are installed, middle, in which the seeds are distributed along the feeder and the seeds dispenser with the dispenser gate is located, made with possibility of changing the distance between the said gate and the feeder, and the lower one, in which the seeds are treated and their discharge into the inlet neck of the unloading device, made in the form of a screw conveyor with a variable pitch. Screw pitch of the said screw conveyor increases from the inlet neck of the conveyor to the outlet one.

EFFECT: efficiency of unloading device exceeds efficiency of treatment chamber; when using the invention, the degree of injury of seeds is reduced.
