FIELD: agricultural engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agricultural engineering, in particular to seed treaters. The seed treater contains a frame with wheels, a self-propelled mechanism, a pneumatic loading device, a seed hopper, a pesticide tank, a pesticide dispenser, a dressing chamber, and an unloading auger. In this case, the pneumatic loading device is made in the form of a hollow pneumatic conveying pipeline with a branch and is placed on the frame along the longitudinal axis at an angle of 40°, and in the upper part is relatively tightly connected to the inlet of the dust separator of the pneumatic loading device. The inner surfaces of the pneumatic transport pipeline with a branch and the inlet pipe of the dust separator along the entire length are made with removable dust-cleaning devices with a fleecy surface. The dust separator of the pneumatic loading device is made in the upper part in the form of a cylinder with a height h_c equal to the outer diameter of the inlet pipe d_ip (d_ip = h_c) with a vertical outlet pipe connected to the suction pipe of the centrifugal fan. In the lower part, the dust separator is made in the form of an inverted truncated cone with an angle of inclination of the side wall to the axial line of 30°, and an outlet pipe, hermetically connected to the seed hopper. The inner surface of the cylindrical part of the dust separator is made with a removable dust-collecting device with a fleecy surface.

EFFECT: invention provides an increase in the quality of processing and reduction of injury to seeds, a decrease in the energy-resource intensity of the dressing process and, in general, pre-sowing preparation of seeds.
