FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to automation, to digital computer engineering and is intended for construction of logic elements (LE) of transistor-transistor logic (TTL), which realize functions of ternary cyclic inversion. Cyclic inversion logic element of the ternary transistor-transistor logic comprises a common bus and a bus of a positive voltage source connected to similar power leads, an input cascade based on a multi-emitter transistor (MET) and an output inverting cascade. Circuitry, the output stage is configured to generate ternary logic levels at the output of the LE, which correspond to cyclic inversion functions, from the output signals of the input stage based on MET.
EFFECT: high efficiency of logic elements of ternary transistor-transistor logic and expansion of their functional capabilities.
