FIELD: digital computing.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to automation, to digital computing and is intended for the construction of logic elements (LE) of transistor-transistor logic (TTL) that implement the functions of ternary logic. The effect is achieved by the fact that, according to the invention, the logic element of the ternary transistor-transistor logic contains a common bus and a positive voltage source bus connected to the same power outputs, an input stage and an inverting output stage, while the output stage is designed in such a way that it is capable of forming ternary logic levels at the output of the LE from the output analog signals of the input stage.
EFFECT: increasing the performance of logical elements of transistor-transistor logic, and expanding their functionality.
