FIELD: measuring.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metrology and is intended to reproduce a unit of volume fraction of hydrocarbons in steam-gas mixtures by dynamic mixing of two gas flows. Device can be used for testing, adjusting and calibrating means of measuring content of components in gas and gas condensate media, such as gas analysers, signalling devices, gas-analytical converters (sensors) and other gas-analytical channels and systems. Device for preparation of steam-gas mixture comprises housing with control unit, connection pipelines, diluent gas flow rate controller and fluid flow rate controller equipped with PID controllers and communicated via mixing device with evaporator, the fluid flow rate controller is connected to a liquid reservoir fixed to the body. Evaporator is made in the form of heat exchanger with electric heater and is equipped with temperature sensor. Diluent gas flow controller is made in the form of a mass flow meter with a control valve controlled by a PID controller. Fluid flow rate controller is made in the form of mass flow meter. Mixing device is made in the form of a three-way mixer with a control valve controlled by a PID controller of the fluid flow rate controller.

EFFECT: higher accuracy of concentration of steam-gas mixture, as well as reduced time required for a series of measurements with different steam-gas mixtures.
