FIELD: creation of calibration gas-vapor mixtures at testing of environment objects; toxicology.
SUBSTANCE: permanent concentrations of gas-vapor mixtures in gas flows is provided due to sequent oiling-by-splashing contact of gas flow with two portions of solution of volatile matters in low-volatile solvent. Temperature of first portion changes depending on concentration of the matters in gas flow at exit from second portion. Device for realization of the method has container with initial solution of volatile matters in low-volatile solvent and separator with cone calibration capillary, mixer with separate thermostatting unit, quality analyzer mounted in gas flow line at output of separator, signal from which separator enters control unit of mixer thermostatting unit and adjusts it temperature.
EFFECT: higher degree of extraction of volatile matters from low-volatile solvent; widened time interval of sustain of permanent concentrations of volatile matters in gas flow.
