FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of electrical engineering, in particular to mobile electric heating devices intended for personal heating. Such a result is achieved due to the fact that the thermoelectric mat consists of a heat-insulating element and a heating device equipped with a cable with a USB connector for power supply from a portable accumulator. Mat is divided by fold lines into segments, and the heating device can be placed on the area of one segment. Pairs of elastic tapes are attached to segments of thermoelectric mat for fixation of heating devices equipped with heat-insulating layers located between resistive heating element and external cover. Resistive heating element comprises two layers of a flexible heat-resistant electrically insulating film, between which a flat meander-shaped resistive element from a tape of conductive material is fixed, equipped with leads for connection to a voltage source, at the same time resistance of the resistive element provides current of 1.1 A when it is connected to a voltage source of 5 V.
EFFECT: providing a constant heating mode for a person without using temperature sensors and temperature control devices.
