FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of electric engineering, and more specifically to the mobile heating device for personal electric heating. Proposed heating device implies its placement on any surface for comfortable sitting on it in various human habitats. Electric heating device comprises a resistive heating element fixedly fixed between two layers of fabric base. Resistive heating element is located between layers of fabric base in form of two symmetrically arranged relatively to longitudinal axis of meanders and is made in form of two separately connected insulated wires. Ends of the resistive heating element are connected to the power controller, which is connected to the flexible USB cable of the electric power connector, which in its turn is brought out of the electric heating device for power supply.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of heating.
